In the last three months I shipped 16 websites: lead-gen funnels for law firms, productized legal services like RicorsoCartelle.it and ContrattiDigitali.it, and one SaaS of my own, Sitemap Studio.
The stack is boring on purpose. Lovable generates the site (Vite + React + Tailwind + Supabase). Claude plans the structure, writes the copy, and reviews the build. Make.com catches every lead through a webhook and routes it to the CRM.
The real lesson: the bottleneck moved. It's no longer building the page, that takes hours. It's deciding what the page should say and where it sits in the funnel. That decision used to hide inside weeks of development time. Now it's naked.

Where it breaks: AI builders default to the same look and the same generic copy on every site. Every build needs a deliberate design direction and a copy pass against a banned-words list, or you ship a template with your logo on it.
